Lingerie

Lingerie items that you do not find suitable are returnable.

If you are not delighted with any item you receive please let us know within 7 days of their arrival. We will issue you a ‘Returns Number’ which must be quoted which will enable us to process your refund immediately your parcel arrives back with us.

Conditions for the return of items: Items must be returned unworn and with all original packaging and tags. We regret that we cannot refund any P&P fees. Items which are not returned within 14 days will be eligible for Store Credit only. We regret we cannot accept the return of any items arriving after 28 days have elapsed since despatch date.

Exceptions: We regret that by law we are not able to accept the return of any item designated ‘Intimate’ unless it has a manufacturing fault. These non-returnable items include Panties, Briefs, Thongs, Bodies and Hosiery. Specially Ordered items, ie not from stock, are also not returnable.

Should your item have a manufacturing fault or have been sent out incorrectly by us we will of course refund your complete payment and cover the cost of your return postage.

BeaBea Ready to Wear

Ready manufactured items sold as ‘Ready to Ship’ that you do not find suitable are returnable.

Made to Measure items are cut and manufactured specifically to your requirements. We will work with you every step of the process to ensure that we are creating the outfit of your dreams. For this reason we regret that these items are not returnable.
